TECHNICAL PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL / 2026

Ready for the
next busy service.

A smoother DineEZ today.
A stronger foundation for tomorrow.

Your customers, waiters, kitchen, bar and station tablets depend on one connected experience. Let’s identify the bottlenecks, reduce unnecessary database reads and API calls, and prepare for more restaurants—without losing the workflows your teams rely on.

01 / WE UNDERSTAND THE BRIEF

It’s not just an app.
It’s a live service operation.

The question isn’t simply “can it load faster?” It’s whether every role sees the right information, at the right time, as more devices and restaurants join.

CUSTOMER JOURNEY

Does the journey stay responsive?

Trace menu loading, order submission and status updates. Check repeat fetches, payload size and the feedback shown when connectivity slows.

What we protectOne clear order acknowledgement. No duplicate submissions.

Order submitted / EXAMPLE CHECKPOINT, NOT LIVE DATA

Based on your brief and the DineEZ public website . These are investigation areas—not confirmed defects or results from an app audit.

02 / THE HIDDEN MULTIPLIER

Small requests.
Big repetition.

One screen refreshing is easy to overlook. Repeat it across every device and restaurant, and a small pattern becomes a capacity question.

Explore a simple polling illustration. It is not DineEZ telemetry, a cost estimate or a prediction of production capacity.

REQUEST FAN-OUT EXPLORERASSUMPTIONS, NOT MEASUREMENTS
144illustrative API requests / minute

3 restaurants × 12 devices × (60 ÷ 15s). Assumes one request per refresh per active device. Database reads depend on endpoint behaviour and returned records; they are not equivalent to this count.

03 / THE PROPOSED APPROACH

Find it. Fix it.
Prove the difference.

Start with a bounded diagnostic engagement. Agree the next step from evidence, with a review gate between every phase.

01 / START WITH EVIDENCE

Find the load. Not just the symptoms.

Map the current Base44 app, then reproduce representative restaurant journeys in an agreed test environment. Separate frontend rendering, network delays and backend/request pressure.

YOU RECEIVEAn evidence-backed audit and a scoped optimisation backlog.

  • Workflow and device map across all operating roles
  • Request inventory: endpoint, trigger, frequency, payload and restaurant scope
  • Baseline of typical and busy-service journeys, with errors and update latency
  • Prioritised findings by impact, risk and implementation effort

You approve the findings and implementation scope before changes begin.

04 / WHAT MUST NOT BREAK

Fewer calls.
Not fewer safeguards.

A quicker interface is only an improvement if the restaurant can still trust what it sees.

Order integrity

Test submit/retry behaviour, acknowledgement and status transitions. Reduce duplicate work without introducing duplicate orders.

Fresh operational state

Verify how changes reach every relevant screen. Avoid trading request reduction for stale kitchen or bar queues.

Restaurant boundaries

Review server-enforced restaurant and role access. Confirm data cannot leak between restaurants through queries or shared caches.

Safe change & recovery

Use approved test data, backups where available, staged rollout and rollback. No unapproved load testing against live service.

05 / TANGIBLE WORK. CLEAR HANDOVER.

Not a vague report.
A practical way forward.

An audit should make your next decision easier. The implementation and validation phases then turn approved priorities into tested improvements.

01

Performance baseline

Repeatable journeys, device mix, request counts, timings, errors and test conditions. Establish agreed targets after the baseline.

02

Prioritised action plan

Evidence for each finding, its likely impact, effort, risk and recommended order. Quick wins separated from architectural decisions.

03

Verified optimisation

For the approved implementation phase: reviewed changes, regression checks, matched before-and-after results and remaining issues.

04

Scaling playbook

Tested scenarios, observed limits, capacity assumptions, monitoring signals, a rollout checklist and ownership of next steps.

Agree the scorecard before we optimise.

Like-for-like comparisons: same workflow, device mix, dataset and load profile. Improvement targets and supported capacity are agreed after measurement, not invented in this proposal.

06 / HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Your product.
Our technical focus.

Frankenstein Creations proposes a hands-on technical partnership: understand the operational context, make the work visible and leave your team with decisions they can act on.

No price, deadline, percentage saving or restaurant capacity is promised here. A rewrite, backend migration, new features and ongoing support are not assumed to be included. A separate Free Marketing Week is offered as a defined complimentary bonus; paid media and ongoing marketing are not included in that bonus.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Do we have to move away from Base44?

No migration is assumed. We start with the current app and assess what can be improved within its supported capabilities. If a platform constraint remains, we present the evidence, options, trade-offs and a separately approved scope.

What access will you need?

An agreed walkthrough, authorised app/source and configuration access, a test environment or safe test copy where available, representative devices and anonymised sample data. Relevant request logs and usage information help where available. Use delegated, least-privilege access; do not send passwords or customer data through this proposal.

Can you guarantee a specific performance gain?

Not before profiling the app. We establish a baseline, agree acceptance targets, apply approved changes and report measured outcomes—including limitations and unresolved risks.

How will live restaurant service be protected?

Agree the test scope and environment first. Review operational journeys with the client, use small changes, test across roles and devices, and approve a pilot, release window and rollback plan. Production load tests require explicit permission.

What does this proposal authorise?

It is an invitation to discuss the work, not approval to access systems, change the app or spend money. Scope, deliverables, commercial terms, access and schedule are confirmed in a written agreement.

THE NEXT STEP / A FOCUSED DISCOVERY CALL

Let’s give DineEZ
room to grow.

Walk us through one busy service. Show us where the friction is. We’ll agree the audit scope, the evidence to collect and what success should look like.
